The CCAA Scholarship Fund
Each year the Charles County Arts Alliance seeks to give out seven scholarships to students seeking a college education and career in the areas of music, visual art, drama, dance or literature.
The seven scholarships are awarded to one graduating senior from each of our six Charles County high schools and one freshman student at the College of Southern Maryland. In FY 2012 we are planning to assist these seven future artists with an individual $1,000 Scholarship.
Your charitable donation will go directly to the scholarship fund for aiding the educational development of these young artists in their chosen area of music, visual art, drama, dance or literature.

The CCAA Arts in Education Program:
Arts in Education (AIE) program is designed to promote, strengthen, and enhance the arts and arts education in Charles County’s elementary and secondary schools. Each year grants are awarded to both public and private schools for this purpose.
These grant funds can only be applied towards obtaining quality performances and/or hands-on intensive workshops by visiting performers, artists, authors, poets, master teachers and professionals in the areas of music, visual art, drama, dance and literature for the educational enhancement of youth.
Your charitable donation will go directly to the Arts in Education Program to help increase the amount of grant funds made available to our public and private schools each year.
