x12' outdoor exhibit spaces available.
Provide
your own tent, tables, chairs..
Fee
per space: $50
($25 for members of the
Charles County Arts Alliance),
or
the donation of an original work for our silent
auction.
Deadline
to Register:
Registration
will continue until all slots are filled; however,
in order to be included in advance publicity and the
printed program, a May 1st registration
deadline is strongly encouraged.

Note
to Environmental, Historic, Museum Groups:
As
a service to your organization, we offer you a space
FREE of charge for educational purposes (of
course, any donations to our Silent Auction will be
gratefully accepted). However, the
above payment options apply if you choose to sell
anything from your space.
Performing
Artists:
 Due
to the overwhelming number of applicants, this
form serves merely to inform us of your interest
in performing at a future River
Artsfest All
performing arts slots have been filled for River
Artsfest 2007.
We appreciate your interest in River Artsfest
and hope that you will attend and enjoy the day!
Food
Vendors:
Simply
email us
with your name, contact information, and types of
food you offer, and a member of the River Artsfest
Committee will be in touch with you shortly to
discuss your participation, fees, and requirements. |
