Bylaws

The CCAA is governed by a set of Bylaws that state our mission, establish our organizational structure, outline the roles and responsibilities of the Board of Directors, members and standing committees, and confirm our policies and operating principles. The Bylaws are reviewed by an ad-hoc Bylaws Committee periodically, and all proposed amendments are subject to approval by the CCAA membership.
